Defective Goods & Suitability for use

  • The information offered about our products is done in good faith based upon information believed to be true. It is offered for your consideration but no warranty is offered or implied.
  • You should test the product for suitability by applying a small test area. This is particularly inportant when the surface to which it is to be applied has been sealed previously.
  • We warrant that our products will be free of defects for a period of 12 months from date of despatch. As we have no control over installation no claims will be accepted for defects on installed products unless they relate to a defect in the product itself.
  • In the unlikely event of the product proving defective any claim will be limited to the cost of replacing the defective goods.
  • Claims for defective goods must be supported by photographic evidence and any and all products or equipment returned in original containers/packaging

Colours, Stains and Tints

  • Colours shown in colour charts, samples, etc., are approximate and, as close as possible, represent the colour on concrete with a flat-troweled finish.
  • As we have no control over (and are not responsible for) application methods, jobsite conditions, finishing techniques, curing methods and other jobsite variables such as texturing or finishing techniques [e.g. brooming or troweling] the use of sealers and slight colour-drifts in raw materials, any or all of which can produce variations in colour, we cannot guarantee the final appearance, adhesion or an exact colour match.
  • We strongly recommend representative jobsite samples prior to project installation.

Contractual Responsibility

All AdSeal Approved/Registered installers are independent businesses and the customer contracts direct with them. AdSeal merely offers an introduction without any warranty or guarantee whatsoever.

Whilst AdSeal and any and all associated companies have trained the Approved/Registered Installers in the correct choice and use of products we accept no responsibility whatsoever in the event of a dispute relating to the installation of the product unless it relates purely to defective goods [see above] as we have no control over your chosen contractors choice of product or the installation process.

Disputes with the Approved/Registered Installer must be directed to them in writing.
